Pucheu Culinary College
The culinary industry is one of the fastest growing industries in Florida as well as the rest of the nation. Trinidad International University’s culinary programs help students become expert cooks, food stylists, food journalists, consultants, entrepreneurs, corporate chefs, and private chefs by training and providing them with first-hand experience. Our hospitality program sends students to train at our sister institute in the Dominican Republic, La Escuela de Cocina Gourmet Pucheu.
Many certificate programs are designed for professionals already working in the food service industry.
